Brujeria is an American extreme metal band formed in Los Angeles, California in 1989. Their name comes from the Spanish word for “witchcraft”. Their songs, which are sung in Spanish, are focused on Satanism, anti-Christianity, sex, immigration, narcotics smuggling, and politics. Ironically, despite Spanish lyrics, portraying a Mexican image and with a heavy anti-American stance, the majority of the band’s members are actually American-born, and with some being Swedish or British. Furthermore, the band is not from Tijuana, Mexico, contrary to popular belief.

Faith No More is an American rock band from San Francisco, California. The band was originally formed as Faith No Man, in 1981. Billy Gould and Mike Bordin are the longest remaining members of the band, having been involved with Faith No More since its inception. The band underwent several lineup changes early on, along with some major changes throughout their career. Faith No More officially disbanded in April 1998.

Lamb of God is an American metal band from Richmond, Virginia. Formed in 1990, the group consists of vocalist Randy Blythe, guitarists Mark Morton and Willie Adler, bassist John Campbell, and drummer Chris Adler. The band is considered part of the New Wave of American Heavy Metal movement.

Diamond Head is an English heavy metal band formed in 1976 in Stourbridge, England. The band is recognised as one of the leading members of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal and is acknowledged by later bands like Metallica and Megadeth as an important early influence.

Although it has been almost two decades since he was murdered he is still the rapper with most sold albums in the history of this music- 44,5 million sold original albums in United States of America (and it is thought that, counting piracy, over 200,000 copies were sold in a global level). Tupac was extremely controversial personality. Growing up without a father, Tupac was left to the street where he came into contact with drugs and crime.

Brazilian thrash metal is a regional scene of thrash metal music that originated during the 1980s in Brazil. Along with Bay Area thrash metal, and Teutonic thrash metal, it was one of the major scenes of thrash metal in the 1980s. Though not as large or well known as the North American or European thrash movements, it is still a pivotal point in heavy metal, as it bridges the gap between the thrash of the mid-80s and the death metal scene later in the decade, as well as part of the first-wave black metal.

Martyr is a CANADIAN THRASH METAL band from Trois-Rivières, Québec, founded in 1994 by brothers Daniel and François Mongrain. Their musical style consists of mostly progressive use of melodies and variations of thrash and death metal influences.

Exarsis were formed near the end of summer back in 2009 by Chris Poulos (Bass) and George Oikonomou (Drums) while they were still in high school. The aim was clear,
to play old school thrash metal like the bands they grew up with.
Soon, Chris Tsitsis (Guitars) joined the band and they started playing covers of their favorite bands.

ACHOKARLOS band was formed in 2004 as a “one man band” by Achokarlos, who composes, records and mix all compositions. After a few years of creation, all those songs were united to give birth to “Parametric Milk” in 2008 strongly influenced by bands like Death, Pantera, Textures and even Dream Theater. A mix of shredding death progressive, all songs instrumental.

Re-animator was formed in 1987. It was a fantastic time for heavy metal – you had the likes of Accept, Judas Priest, Raven and Anvil. Mike Abel (Lead Guitar) had been in a few other bands in the East Yorkshire town of Hull, and was looking to start a new band which was more in the thrash metal style. Mike had known Kev Ingleson (Lead Guitar) though the pubs and clubs in Hull – Kev was into Iron Maiden, AC/DC and Black Sabbath, but also was discovering the new heavier bands such as Metallica, Anthrax and Slayer which led the direction to the style of guitar playing he wanted to take. Kev knew Mike from the local scene, which at that time was dominated with bands that cared more about hair spray than the music they played.
