Several times a day we prepare food on a kitchen board, and we are not aware that it contains 200 times more fecal matter that the WC bowls. Most of us would be appalled by the thought that we cut food on the WC bowl, but the fact is that it would not be a bad thing if were to take care of our kitchen board as we do the WC bowl.
